How registration information is handled.

This website collects the information participants voluntarily provide through registration, newsletter and enquiry forms. It is used to process Summit participation, understand participation goals, respond to enquiries and—where optional consent is given—share verified event updates.

Dietary and accessibility information is requested only to support event planning. Payment details are not collected because ticket categories and prices have not been announced.

Duplicate registration prevention uses the supplied email address. Administrative access to registration records is restricted. Retention periods, the official data-contact channel and any additional organiser-specific terms will be added when verified.
